The ever energized members of the Bicycle Working Group want to achieve some very specific wins this year. One in particular is a parking swap: exchanges of on-street auto parking space for dedicated bicycle parking on the Upper West Side. Where would we want to see this occur? Columbus Circle? Fairway? 96th Street subway station? In front of your apartment building? These and other locations could make it clear that bicyclists are entitled to use the road and intend to take it back.
